NUEVA TROPICÁLIA MEETS SAMBA

MOLAA IS THE PLACE TO BE THIS SUMMER TO EXPERIENCE THE VIBRANCY OF LATIN AMERICAN MUSIC!

Our popular music series, En la Noche presents El-Haru Kuroi & Samba Society - two performances not to be missed.

El Haru-Kuroi are natives to Los Angeles’ Eastside whose music is not only is a representation of their cultural upbringing in the city, but also a reminiscence of Mexican, South American, African, and American Jazz elements. The trio has performed throughout the LA area at various cultural and musical festivals as well as appearances throughout the southwest and east coast.

Samba Society, is a collective of musicians from the Brazilian community of Southern California who play deep ‘roots’ samba, which are renditions of vintage and new sambas reminiscent of classic recording from the 1970s.

Enjoy vendors, cash bar, photo booth, Me So Hungry Food Truck and by sure to visit our galleries to view MOLAA At Twenty: 1996-2016.
