MOLAA members will be the first to preview the exhibition of art “up for bid” at Auction 09, on view in the Main Gallery from Sept. 11 - Oct. 16. The evening includes docent-led tours, cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. Live performances by the Folkloric Dance Company of the University of Guanajuato will celebrate the unveiling of Mexico 2010, MOLAA’s exhibition schedule for next year. ABSENTEE BIDS
If you wish to bid on any artwork but are unable to attend the event, please print and complete an Absentee_Bid_Form.pdf (PDF) by: 12:00 noon (PST) on Friday, October 16th.
Instructions for placing an absentee bid:
- You must register by filling out an Absentee_Bid_Form.pdf form.
- Fill out completely and clearly all the fields/requested information.
- Place the maximum amount ($) you are willing to bid for each lot.
- If placing a phone bid, write “Phone Bid” on the amount box.
- Fax to 562-216-4190.
- You will receive a confirmation by phone, fax or e-mail within 48 hours.
- Your Registration/Paddle # will be assigned.
- All Absentee Bid forms are processed in the order they are received based on date and time on the faxed copy.
- Silent Auction winning bids will be posted on Saturday, October 17 at 9:00pm in the Balboa Room.
- All auction registrants must read the Terms&Conditions.pdf before placing a bid.
